Meet the Students

Abraham Ajega Ngaira, 35
Pastor, Jesus Gospel Centre in Kibera slums – the largest slum in Kenya.
Married to a house wife with three children – one boy seven years and two girls (twins) three years olds.
I got saved in January 1988 and joined the full time ministry in 1998. In future I feel persuaded to continue with the work of a pastor to influence the well being of the people both spiritually and physically in response to the great commission.
Alice Odera Otieno, 34
Lay Leader, ACK Kianda Church in Kibera- the largest slum in Kenya.
Married and blessed with three children between the age of eight and thirteen years.
I got saved in 1991 and joined the full time ministry in 2004. In future God is calling me to work among the people of Kibera for a mighty transformation.
Eliab Wanjiri Anyangu, 32
Pastor, Jesus Gospel Centre in Kibera slum – the largest slum in Kenya.
Married to a house wife and blessed with two children – a boy and a girl.
I got saved in 1983 and joined the full time ministry in 1989. In future God is calling me to minister to the less fortunate members of the society through training and helping them economically as God leads me.
Esau Okoth Oreso, 28
Discipleship and youth leader, Tumaini Ministries in Kibera slums –the largest slum in Kenya.
Single
I got saved in 1994, when I was in secondary school, and since then I have held on to the faith. I joined full time ministry in January 1996. In future God is calling me to teaching ministry (which I have already started in the church).
